- Add Plaster/Private/Show-Logo.ps1 with PX2PS-generated pixel art logo
- Replace inline ASCII art in Invoke-Plaster.ps1 with Show-Logo call
- Include NO_COLOR env var fallback for monochrome block art
- Add .DS_Store to .gitignore
